There is always stress in life and in appropriate amounts it keeps us energetic and efficient.

Chronic stress and bad lifestyle, on the other hand, cause inflammation in the body and problems start to arise in different parts of the body. Exhaustion, irritability, poor recovery, aches, intestinal problems, insomnia, etc. occur. Even if you feel like you're so busy that you can't do anything about the stress, I can teach you how to balance your everyday life with small changes.

I give you the tools and skills to turn stress into an asset and keep it a sense of control in all situations. 

I offer individual tools and coaching to balance everyday life, which does not take much of your time but you need to do them. Just knowing and understanding doesn´t help. They key to healing is in you and you need to do the work but I will be there to support you.

I´m originally a masseuse and specialised in Finnish functional massage. I have 20 years of experience guiding various clients in body and mind control.

We live in a hectic world where stress and pressure can affect both our mental and physical well-being. My goal is to help you find balance and strength better in everyday challenges.

 

I have gone through many different types of stress and fatigue and therefore studied the subject in depth. Based on these experiences and my own studies, I will also help you feel better and manage everyday stressful situations.

 

Stress can be caused by, for example: 

  • Job (too much/ no breaks/lot of pressure)
  • Doing too much everything with no breaks and recoverytime       Relationships
  • Death of a loved one
  • accidents/ surgery/ physical pain
  • Wrong kind of food       Exercising too much  
  • Bad habits; alcohol/tobacco/drugs
  • Worrying too much about what could happen (thoughts)
  •  

Balancing the nervous system is the most important thing on the way to a more stress-free life. The exercises are simple and effective. You will quickly get relief and a smile will return to your life.
